If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item subject to the conditions below.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unworn and unused
Be in its original condition
Be free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of use
Include the original packaging where reasonably possible
Have all original tags attached, if applicable
Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or used.
Before sending anything back, contact our customer support team with:
Your order number
The item you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos where requested
Do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from us first.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We accept damaged returns, if the purchase was made with insured shipping.
If we sent out the wrong item, we cover the return shipping costs.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective and you had insured delivery, contact us as soon as possible.
If the product received is different from what you ordered, we will refund the items.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
If you need a different size, please contact us before returning your item.
Depending on stock availability, we may offer an exchange or another suitable solution.
If an item is specifically marked as final sale, it may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have statutory consumer rights, including a legal right of withdrawal for certain online purchases.
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and become unsuitable for return after being unsealed, where the applicable legal requirements are met.
